Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping is available on all orders:
- Orders of $10.00 or more: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $10.00: $7.00 flat rate
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@gamethatsong.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States.
